Follow me to Venice

photographed by Yik Herr & myself

I wasn't really sure how to share these pictures taken on my trip to Venice in a way that would do this gorgeous city any justice, especially since I didn't take many to begin with. But I promise Venice is so so so breathtaking in real life, and it wouldn't be an overstatement to call it the most beautiful city in the world.

The slight drizzle we experienced during our stay didn't at all dampen our spirits, instead, it got us more excited when the sun peeked through the clouds. Commonly known as The City of Bridges, Venice is so much more than just the typical canals and gondola rides (though both are really iconic and special). The scenic views of the canals from every single bridge are unique, which had surely made walking in the city more enjoyable and memorable, especially when we were trying to find our way back to our Airbnb without the help of Google map (because Apple has yet to invent an iPhone with infinite battery life).

Venice, you're such a beauty.
